Dayto collects information needed to create accounts, display profiles, recommend potential matches, run games, deliver messages, support safety tools, and improve the app.

- Profile content such as photos, bio, interests, prompts, preferences, and tags.
- Interaction data such as likes, passes, pings, chat requests, games, reports, and blocks.
- Messages and game summaries that users send or share inside the app.
- Device, diagnostics, approximate location, and security data used to operate the service.
How we use information
We use data to provide Dayto, personalize discovery, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, show relevant product experiences, comply with law, and communicate important account or safety updates.
Sharing
Profile information is shown to other users according to app settings. We may share limited data with service providers, safety reviewers, legal authorities when required, or during a business transfer. We do not sell private messages.
